Size and Shipping
Custom etching is available on glass or stones up to approximately 36 inches
wide by 24 inches tall. Items are shipped within two weeks of your order by
either USPS or UPS.
Accuracy
Our commitment to you: We strive for 100% accuracy on all orders that leave Set
In Stone. In the rare event that a mistake was made on an order you placed,
please let us know so that we can correct the error as quickly as possible.
*Our slate and stone come from locations around the world. Please remember that these are natural slate and stone, not manufactured slate or stone. Therefore there will be color variations, imperfections, and no two pieces are identical in size, shape, or color.
Guarantee
We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee on most orders. Exceptions are:

they are damaged, in which case they will be replaced. Please
provide written documentation from shipping company for damaged

Prices

not include shipping costs unless specified.
Returns
Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible. Include
your order number and/or orderer’s name or copy of
your confirmation e-mail. Please return your item with
an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post)
and retain your receipt for the shipping. Set In Stone
is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
